Meet in Place

Meet in Place is a Tel Aviv based and venture capital-backed start up that was ready to plant a flag in the U.S. market.

The start up wanted to open multiple locations of this unique business in NYC within a tight eight-month time frame.

Meet In Place, a venture-backed startup from Tel Aviv, had a bold plan: plant a flag in the U.S. by opening three high-end meeting room facilities in NYC, all within the same month. It was a tall order. They had a novel business model but no local track record and a limited funding runway. Landlords weren't interested.

Our strategy was to flip the script. Instead of pitching Meet In Place as a tenant, we positioned them as a high-end amenity for the landlord's other office tenants. In a city where office layouts were getting tighter and conference rooms were disappearing, offering on-demand, beautifully designed meeting spaces was a powerful draw. It was a way for landlords to add a premium service to their buildings without the capital expense.

The pitch worked. We secured three prime locations in Soho, Midtown East, and the Financial District, and they all opened their doors within the same month, successfully launching the company's U.S. expansion.
